Dodds Property World (the trading name of K.Hugh Dodd & Partners) has been established over 75 years and is a traditional property partnership being independently owned and operated by the three present partners, John Hughes, Anthony Parry and Chris Murphy. The company has offices in Chester and throughout North East Wales and is also one of the few firms to offer a comprehensive auction facility based at the company's "Victoria Auction Galleries" in the county town of Mold. The partnership has extensive experience of the auction of both property and chattels.
The company acts as agents for Halifax plc. and Principality Building Society, having a professional relationship with these companies spanning several decades.
Services available include the sale of residential property, property auctions, commercial property sale and consultancy, residential lettings and management, antique and chattel auctions, surveys and valuations, licensed property transfer. The partnership has additionally held the appointment as Sheriff's Officers for Flintshire and Denbighshire since the mid 1960's. We are experienced in all forms of commercial and residential property and can provide advice, no matter what your individual circumstances.
